A prolific storyteller, historian, and an organizational culture expert, Lue has spent her life studying cultures and what makes them unique and flourish. Always seeking a new adventure, she is a globetrotter who has lived in 6 countries and traveled to over 50. Ever-eager to connect with people, she’s a polyglot who speaks 8 languages and is a cross-cultural authority.
A 20+ year veteran in the hospitality industry, Lue has worked for over 20 years internationally in Operations, Human Resources, and Communications. Most recently, she served as Director of People & Culture overseeing Leadership Development and Team Experience for a global restaurant company which operated in 60 countries. Today she is venturing out on her own to live her dream and purpose to help organizations reach their cultural and performance potential.
Lue is a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Unconscious Bias facilitator through the Cultural Intelligence Center. She received her BA in Modern Languages and Literature, with minor in World History and is completing her Masters in Organizational Dynamics and Global Studies at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Lue lives in McKinney with her husband and philosopher, Nikolay, and a few well-behaved dogs.
